What you'll get to do
Functions and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will join our team and will be responsible for the following activities:
* Support in the recruitment and selection process: identifying staffing needs, creating and posting job vacancies, conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates;
* Support for the hiring and Onboarding process;
* Support for the administrative tasks;
* Support in identifying staff development needs, designing training and development programs;
* Support in creating activities for all the colleagues, to maintain a high level of engagement;
* Support in creating an Employer Branding Strategy, according to local business needs and corporate guidelines.

Requirements:
* Education: Economic Degree
* Languages: English and Italian are a must
* Competencies:
* Strong communication skills
* Efficient knowledge in the use of Excel and PowerPoint tools
* Deadline-oriented
* Strong teamwork skill
