Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Mission:
You will be working alongside HR colleagues to carry out various operational activities, data loading and management of some specific applications.
This internship lasts 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Desired start date : as soon as possible
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Using TALEO, the internal portal for the selection process
* Application of personnel management techniques
* Use of equipment to support office activities
* Application of business process analysis techniques
* Censuses, registrations, subscriptions,
* Sending paperwork to the competent offices
* Document archiving
* Preparation of internal forms
Moreover:
* Application of data entry and database management procedures on personnel
* Data entry into HR Portals, People Soft Euro Tool, Personnel database
* Management of presences/absences on ADP portals
* Management of requests for holidays, illnesses, leaves of absence, accounting for holidays or overtime, invitations and agenda
Required
Profile required
Studies & experience:
* Diploma or bachelor's degree in Economics/Legal/Social studies
Language skills:
* Italian: C2
* English: B2
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
* Office 365
* Capability to organize daily workload
* Problem solving
* Cooperation
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Team spirit
* Job not submitted to MIFID II
