IndirizzoMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: | HR Sr. Specialist is responsible in managing the benefits of employees as well as other tasks assigned under Total Rewards. |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: | As HR Senior Specialist, you are responsible for: · Benefits Administration - Ticketing System – ensure that all HR related inquiries and requests raised in HR platform are properly closed and resolve following the standard Turn-Around-Time (TAT). - HMO Benefits – Responsible in HMO enrollment and distribution of HMO cards to employees. - Car Loan and Car Plan Program – responsible in checking the employee’s eligibility and extend assistance in processing the employee’s car plan application thru Axa’s third party provider. - Vendor Billings –processing of all billings of our third-party vendors timely and accurately. - Government Mandated Benefits – responsible in processing of all government benefits offered to employees such as SSS Maternity & Sickness claims and Salary Loan, Pag-ibig’s Multipurpose Loan. This includes close coordination with employees on the status until completion. - GLI endorsement – Timely endorsement of new hires to respective department for GLI enrollment. And endorsement of resigned employees for deletion. Provides assistance in preparation of GLI renewal annually. - Letter preparation – responsible in letter preparation requested by HRBP for transfer and pay letters and employees for COE, LOA, etc. - Other non-cash benefits – preparation on the distribution of Birthday gift and Christmas gift e-GCs to employees.
- Regular reporting and updating of trackers. - Help in preparation of HMO renewal reports and actuarial valuation reports. |
