AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
* Assisting in building remuneration packages for expatriates (calculation, cost estimate and implementation)
* Participating to the entire expatriation process
* Direct support to expatriates on diverse issues (immigration, relocation, health coverage, return trips etc.)
* Participating with the rest of the International Mobility team on projects
* Relation with external providers
* Application of the (COMPANY NAME) International Mobility policy
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL : HRBPs, Payroll, Comp&Ben, Controlling team, Procurement, Employees
EXTERNAL : servie providers for tax, immigration, relocation, health insurance
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:
* Educational Background: Economics, Business administration, International Management, Languages for business, Languages.
* Strong problem solving skills
* Solid experience with MS Office (in particulat excel and powerpoint)
LANGUAGES:
Italian
English
Any other language is a plus (in particular French)
