The team you will be a part of
The Intern team supports department on a short term basis with undergraduate or graduate student status, typically based on the field of study. Gains exposure to projects and work in the organization.
This role in summary
Join our HR Operation team and shape the future with us! You will have the chance to contribute to the transformation projects aligned with the execution of our strategic initiatives, encompassing different fields - such as HR System Management, Project Management and Employee Experience.
You will have a great business exposure to the HR environment through constant interaction and collaboration with the entire function at country and regional level.
Your responsibilities will include
* Support design, planning, implementation and post implementation phases of the projects in the field of Digital Transformation, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle space
* Contribute to implementation of transformation activities with specific focus on HRIS area
* Collaborate with other HR teams, IT department, Finance, external service providers, etc. to support HR strategy implementation for what is related to the Digital Transformation
* Work with Change Management team to identify Change and Communication plans in the transformation space and contribute to implement the appropriate measurement and governance systems
* Contribute in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the HR processes
Minimum requirements
If you are…..
* a Master's Degree student or a fresh graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics
* a proficient English and Italian speaker, preferably with an international experience
* a strong team player with good analytical and communication skills
* a good user of Google Suite (in particular Google Sheet & Google Slides)
* a problem solver, able to identify out of the box solutions
