KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job summary
* Mandatory compliance with Istat/Banca d'Italia surveys
* Administrative accounting management of gifts and coupons (record-keeping, self-invoicing, etc.)
* Execution and supervision of some basic SOX control processes
* Interface with Payroll providers: in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting and the underlying control processes
* Stamped and mandatory registers
* Assistance in mandatory financial audit and internal auditing
* Differences between the asset system and the income system (knowledge of SAP and asset and income accounting systems)
* Review/management of asset goods domain
* Production of quarterly and annual financial statements with the documents of the financial dossier
* Civil management of TFR (Severance Pay) and corresponding international principle IAS19
KEY Interfaces:
* Finance Department as a whole
* Tax team
* HR team
* Customer Service team
Does this sound like you?
* Min. 3 yrs experience in a similar role
* Degree in Finance, Economics/Accounting Degree
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI and SAP system (basic knowledge required)
* Knowledge of Financial statement drafting software and dossier (Software redazione e fascicolo di bilancio (e.g Genya))
* Fluent in English (min. B2)
