We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Sarai responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e dei KPIs, assegnati alla tua area di competenza. Avrai il compito di guidare la crescita delle vendite dei prodotti Healthcare, attraverso attivit? rivolte ai farmacisti, aumentando il livello di turnover dei prodotti in base alle priorit? del Canvass.
Your responsibilities
? Consolidare il rapporto con farmacisti e professionisti del farmaco con focus sulle esigenze del cliente e sugli obiettivi di vendita
? Guidare la crescita della quota di mercato dei prodotti di pertinenza
? Attivit? di presentazione/distribuzione/display per ogni cliente
? Sviluppare ed implementare progetti ed attivit? di vendita sul campo
? Coordinarsi con il Marketing/Trade con riferimento allo sviluppo di nuovi materiali di esecuzione, per la ricerca di nuovi punti di vendita ed il completamento degli obiettivi distributivi
? Gestire la visibilit? in store in linea con i materiali e planogrammi proposti
? Garantire la copertura di tutti i clienti garantendo un presidio costante e ottimizzando le visite
? Utilizzo di tool CRM per presa ordini ed inserimento visite
? Focus su distribuzione (MSL e NPDs nel punto vendita) e allestimento
? Supporto post vendita ai clienti per facilitare la collaborazione con servizio clienti, logistica e team crediti
The experience we're looking for
* Diploma o Laurea in discipline scientifiche o economiche
* Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente nel canale farmacia
* Preferibile buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
* Completano il profilo capacit? analitiche, ottime doti relazionali, attitudine alla vendita e capacit? di adattarsi ai cambiamenti per far fronte ai bisogni del consumatore
