About the Role:
The Field Marketing Manager has overall responsibility for planning and executing marketing campaigns in the region and driving demand generation programs for the sales function. The role will work closely with campaigns, Field Marketing and sales leadership helping support, execute and track program tactics for integrated campaigns - digital, events, webinars, regional trade shows, partner events and account based marketing across Italy & Spain
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter who has a passion for tactical marketing, flawless execution, pipeline generation, experience in enterprise B2B, a data-driven mindset and strong execution skills.
What You Will Do:

* Create, build and execute on regional marketing plans for the regions including virtual and physical events
* Adapt / localize corporate campaigns for regional execution
* Initiate and develop ABM activities in support of the sales team's names account plans
* Build strategic Expansion plays for key accounts
* Regional Marketing Execution: Identify, plan, track and report on the main pipeline drivers for the region, including owned media, co-marketing, digital programs, event strategy, ABM, and email campaigns.
* Regional insight : Become the go-to person for regional end to end audience understanding: why we win/lose in the region, what is performing well.
* Sales Alignment: Creating a strategic localised integrated revenue marketing plan. Develop and execute regional marketing plans that support and are in line with the regional sales strategy.
* Work in close collaboration with a range of marketing teams including Marketing Operations, Communications, Customer Marketing, Campaigns, and Strategic events
* Work with (COMPANY NAME)'s partners to build and execute joint activities
* Work closely with other geographies in the EMEA team to ensure effective re-use of proven campaigns
* Deliver an effective return on marketing investments
What You Will Bring:

Experience Experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organisation
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Clear, eloquent communicator in fluent Italian and English (verbal and written. Spanish is a plus
*
ABM or industry focused experience is a plus Work well under pressure and to budget and pay a high level of attention to detail
*
Be a data-driven marketeer
*
Build strong relationships with colleagues and other (COMPANY NAME) departments
*
High energy and enthusiasm for the role
*
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
*
Extensive experience in delivering regional shows and events
*
Ability to navigate a within a matrix marketing organization
*
Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills
*
Strong understanding and working knowledge of Salesforce, Zoom, Gsuite, GotoWebinar, or similar.
*
Working knowledge of Marketo or similar tool is preferable.
*
Available to travel in region as needed for the role - likely 30%
*
You're an expert in your field, you need minimal guidance to get projects rolling
