Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking New Graduate/Master's student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz!

The position will be based in Milan, where you will have the chance to work cross-team, supporting both the Export and E-commerce channels.

Every internship in our Company offers outstanding opportunities to develop knowledges and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend tailored trainings.

As an intern you will participate to our Young Talent Program taking ownership of projects and working closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. We provide the playing field. You change the game.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

• Support with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Promotional uploads, changes and reporting.
• Support on business planning
• Support on customer management and on the Customer Annual Plan process.

Hard Skills & Capabilities:

• Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved)
• Proficient in English and Italian
• Good command of MS office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional Attributes

• Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics looking to be trained in real business life conditions.
• Communication Skills : You’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
• Confident : You’re a go getter, you’re not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
• Team player - achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best! You’re a great teammate, which means you’re sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.
