Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Sales Team• Develop high-level contacts and relationships• Set ambitious strategies and targets for the team• Motivate and support team members• Understand and target the market• Promote team spirit and individual development• Resolve conflicts with a constructive attitude
Requirements
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics or equivalent• 3-5 years experience as Sales Manager in Center South Italy• 5-10 years experience in Lighting & Architecture sales• Built and managed relationships with key customers and stakeholders• Ability to manage figures, budget, and business indicators• Ability to manage public tender procedures and private customers• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications• Italian mother tongue, fluent in English• Excellent communication and public speaking skills• Advanced use of Microsoft Office• Driving license with willingness to travel• Preferably reside in Rome or the hinterland
