Humangest, on behalf of Arsenale Group, a company operating in the luxury hospitality industry, is seeking a Front Office Manager to work in a prestigious 5 stars hotel located in the heart of Rome. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Main responsibilities:
● Managing Front Office operations including guest service, registration, room inventory, quality control, cost management, marketing, systems management, budgeting, and departmental policies
● Recruiting, training, monitoring and developing team members performance, assuring constant compliance with the company standards, along with the HR team
● Ensure customers' satisfaction, meeting and greeting guests
● Initiating and implementing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services
● Completing audit procedures
● Guarantee safety and security measures and respond to emergencies if necessary
Qualifications:
● Solid experience as Front Office Manager in luxury hospitality
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a complex and diverse team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
● High proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer systems. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred.
