Our E-commerce Manager works in the Digital and Retail team and refers to our General Manager of Macondostore.com

The role embraces the marketing, commercial, and project management activities that make our e-business brilliant and successful.
Main activities
• Accountability for the scaling of the newly launched e-commerce and delivery of new projects and solutions
• To develop and execute our e-business strategy to maximize online sales, awareness, and profitability
• To support in definition of Digital Commercial Plan and Digital Marketing Plan
• To manage and optimize our online store, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience and brand consistency
• To ensure day-to-day e-commerce & marketplace operations are met and performance targets achieved across our remote location with circa 5 staff
• To define and set pricing strategy for e-commerce and marketplace together with catalog owner and merchandiser
• To manage the e-commerce specialist
• To coordinate photo shooting and catalog management processes, collaborating with other teams
• To coordinate and build key relationships with strategic suppliers and manage new technological solutions and UX enhancements
• To experiment and scale with initiatives to improve business operations and profitability
• To produce sales analysis and financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
• To support the Buying and merchandising team by providing e-business insights and KPIs

Profilo
• Experience in Fashion & Luxury sector is requested
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally including marketplaces
• Fluent in English and confident with Asian Markets
• Ability to work at both strategic and practical levels
• Strong problem-solving ability, adept with data, and know how to use it to add value
• Startup mindset and willingness to be "on the ground”, scaling up the e-commerce and omnichannel project
• Strong analytical skills to guide the project strategy decisions and able to demonstrate rigorous analysis
• Experience in managing a resource or a team
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies
• Skilled in using Google Analytics
• Capable of working at pace, while remaining organized
• Enthusiastic, open, and sociable personality, eager to work and relate to people in a dynamic and stimulating environment
