Position Title: Distribution Manager Scandinavia

Department: CLP BU Global Sales Expertise and Support

Reporting line: Reports to Regional Distribution Manager.  Strong Dotted line to Country Manager Scandinavia.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

What You'll Be Doing

As the Distribution Manager Scandinavia, you'll play a crucial role in supporting overall sales delivery with existing Business Partners, aligning with our ScaleUp strategy. The prioritisation and implementation of that strategy is defined jointly by the Regional Distribution Manager and the Country Manager Scandinavia. This role is uniquely embedded within the local Sales organisations across all countries and critical support to our sales teams. 

The Distribution Manager Scandinavia position entails the following key responsibilities:

Functional Area 1: Multichannel / Omni-channel Campaign Management

Collaborate with local sales and CLP Digital Team to develop and implement digital customer journeys.

Review and enhance digital customer journeys, ensuring compliance with IDD, and monitor penetration rates.

Provide best practice training for partners in delivering digital customer experiences.

Telemarketing Support:

·       Offer support in two modes: managing 100% of programs or acting as a consultant, including audits and program improvement actions.

·       Manage full telemarketing campaigns, from selecting service providers to reporting on KPIs and activities.

Functional Area 2: Sales Incentives

·       Support the management and development of business partner networks for insurance product distribution.

·       Design and execute compliant sales incentive and retention campaigns, collaborating with local technical/legal and compliance teams.

·       Facilitate and support business partners' structures, and advise on distribution strategy and action plan optimization.

Functional Area 3: Training

·       Identify business partners for support with training interventions, develop training activities and resources, and evaluate their effectiveness.

·       Conduct organizational/occupational analysis within business partner distribution channels using an agreed methodology.

Functional Area 4: Content and Promotional Materials

·       Design various communication supports in collaboration with the legal and local marketing department.

·       Keep up to date on changes in the relevant regulatory environment and market, and establish a customized range of sales support materials according to partners' needs and business requirements.

·       In this multifaceted role, you will drive the strategic management of multichannel campaigns, sales incentives, training, and content creation to optimize distribution and sales performance across Scandinavia.


Your Profile

About You

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

·       A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·       A minimum of 3 years' experience driving sales of financial/insurance products through a reseller channel, with a proven track record.

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, coupled with a business and B2B2C orientation.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and digital customer experience skills.

·       Proficiency in English and Swedish, with a willingness to travel as required.
