Job Title: Distribution Assistant - DC10 

Salary: £22,454 

Location: Duxford, Cambridge  

Contract: 2 x Fixed Term Contracts until 31st December 2024

 

We are looking for x2 Distribution Assistants to join us at Group Print and Operations, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our examination material reaches our learners all over the world.

About the role  

As a Distribution Assistant at Post Exams, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of examination results to our learners, accurate processing of data, and secure distribution of certificates. You will support your supervisor in handling assessment materials and collaborate across different departments within Group Print and Operations to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality. 

The Distribution Assistant role involves a range of duties that may involve office-based work or standing and walking for extended periods. This position is crucial in guaranteeing the prompt and efficient delivery of assessments to our international network of learners, playing a key role in the learner's journey. 

This role may require shift work for part of the year, depending on organisational need. The standard working hours are 8.30am – 4.15pm Monday – Friday (3pm finish on Friday's). Shift times are a rotation of early shift (6am – 1.30pm) and late shift (1.45pm – 9.15pm) Monday – Friday (early finishes on both shifts on Friday's) and you will receive a shift premium of 20%.  
 

About you 

You will be flexible and passionate about the role we play, going above and beyond to get it right for learners, dedicated to upholding standards and open to views of our customers, partners and colleagues. 

You will be confident with the ability to motivate and take the lead on processes, along with being an energetic and enthusiastic team player who is able to effectively communicate to all members of staff as well as visitors. 

You will have excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure. As well as good computer, numeracy, and literacy skills. 

You will have an understanding of Health, Safety and Wellbeing and be able to strictly follow our procedures. All roles require complete commitment to Health and Safety and involve training flexible team members.
