With 72 sophisticated residences and stunning penthouses overlooking the ancient center, opulent interiors that whisper of a storied past, private dining with views of the Duomo, a sprawling spa and gym, and access to elite amenities such as a private members' club, a signature restaurant and discreet concierge services, leisurely stays are encouraged to enjoy Milanese life at its finest.

Torre Velasca is embarking on an exciting venture into the luxury market, and we're looking for someone like you to lead the charge!

As the driving force behind our entry into the luxury sphere, you will be responsible for forging partnerships with high-end luxury brands, affiliate partners, luxury rental agents, and discerning clients who align with our unique concept. You'll be supported by a team of dynamic sales and booking office agents (about 10-12 team members), forming a formidable force to propel our vision forward.

You and your team will embody the essence of our exclusive lifestyle collection of hotels. With infectious enthusiasm and boundless energy, you'll not only sell but passionately promote the diverse array of brands within the Sircle Collection. As a visionary leader, you'll elevate the team to new heights, enhancing their commercial acumen and driving revenue growth across all our Italian properties.

What You'll Bring to the Table :

Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for each property within our portfolio, including leveraging opportunities in the real estate segment.

Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and booking office team of about 10-12 members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to nurture talent and drive career progression.

Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct in-depth market research to identify

trends and opportunities, leveraging insights to position our properties effectively and maintain a competitive edge. Implement strategic technologies for enhanced market analysis, including the real estate sector.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, luxury travel agents, corporate partners, and industry influencers. Represent our brand at industry events to enhance visibility and expand our network.

Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts to surpass revenue targets, implementing effective pricing strategies and promotional initiatives. Monitor and optimize revenue and reservation strategies to maximize profitability.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Sales strategies. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record with a strong knowledge & network of the ultra luxury hospitality market and clientele
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to attract high-end clients and partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presentations and negotiations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and booking office team to achieve targets and deliver unsurpassed guest satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to maintain the hotel’s reputation
  • Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management
  • 4 to 6 years in a Sales Director role in a luxury hotel environment
  • Multi-property/cluster experience is a plus
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English
  • In the possession of a valid permit to perform work in Italy
