On behalf of an important multinational company that is dedicated to advancing and optimizing the healthcare laboratory, we are looking for an:

SALES & SERVICE DIRECTOR

The Candidate will be in charge of selling consulting services and IT engagements that enable healthcare providers to drive cost efficiencies, operational productivity and improve the quality of patient care delivery. The Candidate will work closely with the sales team.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Leads the development and presentation of proposals to sell and deliver client engagements designs and implements business and technology solutions;
  • Responsible for the Marketing planning process for Services across all Businesses in the market and the local execution;
  • Responsible for management of Digital Services Operation and Education center teams;
  • Helps and oversees the quality of deliverables;
  • Develops local go-to-market strategies for services standalone business and support the creation of integral (equipment + service) value propositions to drive profitable growth;
  • Identifies and maps the key stakeholders and decision-makers;
  • Negotiates contracts;
  • Coordinates resources to execute the plan including assigning roles;
  • End-to-end ownership of all Services commercial tooling and processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requisiti

The ideal profile has got university degree and some experience (at least 3 years) as Customer Service Manager inside multinational healthcare realities. He/she is familiar with customer service activities and with the latest customer service software, databases and tools.

He/she must be able to think strategically and to efficiently communicate with clients and prestigious interlocutors. He/she knows how to lead and guide a vast team, setting goals clearly and sharing successful strategies. He/she is a manager with proven leadership and analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
