Job Title: Director, Italy Market Development

Location: Italy

What You’ll Do for Us:

Marketing Development Director will: 

  • Execute strategies together with global and local Coca-Cola network organization and bottling partners
  • Responsible for customer thought leadership and relationship management
  • Lead, align and execute Customer Collaborative Business planning process
  • Orchestrate network resources needed to execute aligned plans and strategies
  • Lead joint value creation initiatives with the aim of building long term strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Plan activities that will provide new business opportunities in line with business strategy
  • Liaise with suppliers and bottlers to ensure alignment with market projections
  • Review and implement revenue growth opportunities/solutions
  • Identify organizational capabilities required to achieve business plan targets.
  • Short-term operational/tactical responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Significant marketing andleadership experience (8+ years),
  • Direct experience with marketing activation 
  • Business and commercial acumen, including financial expertise 
  • Experience working with The Coca Cola Company external partners (bottlers and customers)
