Mission
At RINA Digital Solutions we develop various software solutions in-house, mainly for the Marine market. Our solutions help clients monitor and manage their assets in the most effective and efficient way.
Your role as Business Develpment Manager for Digital Solutions will be essential in developing the portfolio of customers and grow the business. #LI-GZ1
Job Responsibilities
- Promoting RINA name and service to the potential clients in Marine field
- Focus on Marine Digital – current offerings and the development of new products
- Identifying the new business opportunities, Pursuing and capturing the new contracts and invoicing accordingly
- Improve the relationship with the key accounts and drive them towards digital solutions
- Preparation of offers, follow up and conclusions with management of the contracts profitability
- Visiting the Ship owning and Management Companies, shipyards and makers on the regular basis
- Review of the KPIs, targets and results with top management and other teams
- Review of the year result and proposal of the strategy to improve the company and personal performance based on the target and gap analysis
- Forecasting of marketing trend and assistance of setting up the realistic budget for the coming year
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Services or Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering or related major
- Strong relationship with Shipping Companies, shipyards, ship-owners, marine bureau and shipping associations, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
- Previous professional experiences in Classification Societies or Digital Players in the Maritime would be a strong plus
- Minimum 3 years of significant professional experience in similar or related businesses, e.g. business manager, sales executive, development manager etc.
- Good knowledge of both written and spoken English is a must
