As a global Centre of Excellence, our Digital Marketing Department is aimed to further develop our digital capabilities and create synergies across the business, as well as responsible for driving customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing actions at the service of our stores.
Our Digital Marketing Division are now seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Global Insights team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Reporting into: Analytics and Insights Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
* Understand and analyse KPIs by channel, device and country
* Forecast and plan the spending budget according to the performances of the channels / campaigns across the different KPIs, regions and business needs through diagnostic and predictive modelling
* Provide strategic guidance in terms of: investment, ROAS/ROI optimization, channel mix, weekly pacing and performance monitoring
* Be responsible for the set up and management of dashboard and reports across platforms in order to create a framework where easily collect and get ready data for analysis with different level of deep dive: from a country overview to marketing channel, campaign and activity level
* Guide projects to create statistical model to support customer and traffic model and to automatize process and reports.
The type of person we are looking for:
* Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
* At least 1+ years of experience in Analytics Teams
* Strong analytical skills and demonstrated analytical experience including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and data interpretation and analysis
* Intermediate up to advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory
* Basic knowledge of SQL will be considered as a strong plus
* Experience performing ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
* Proactivity and problem-solving
* Flexibility to perform in complex business environment.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English is key for the role
