Gi Group Hirevo OFFICE, for important ICT MULTINATIONAL, is looking for a
DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST (SEM)
You will work in a worldwide organization on the cutting edge of the digital advertising industry, which empowers advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing (SEM).
As a professional in digital paid media advertising, you will drive revenue and increase client satisfaction by owning the day-to-day client management and driving campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities that align to ROI goals of client and drive incremental revenue.
You will take care of the implementation and optimization of web advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Account Team across varying tasks including (and not limited to) Excel creation and analysis, supporting the surfacing of optimization and customer account analysis, Power BI dashboard creation and account administration activities.
  • Serve as an inter-team point of contact, gathering escalation information and client / business impact from internal teams to partner teams, in order to quickly and professionally resolve client issues.
  • Track all requests using a ticketing system and work closely with stakeholders to complete tasks, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Effectively follow process and guidelines.
  • Review account health and provide proactive search optimizations.
  • Coordinate with team members to manage daily team workload and schedules.
  • Help foster innovation in tools and processes to make the team more effective and efficient.
  • Stay up to date with new product releases and reporting functionality.
    Requirements :
  • Fluency in English and French / German
  • Microsoft Advertising Certification or equivalent (e.G. Google Ads)
  • Advanced level of Excel (e.G. V-Lookup, Pivot tables)
  • Readiness and capacity to learn search engine marketing
  • Preferable search or digital media experience
    Soft skills :
    Organization skills, problem solving, team working, excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexibility and adaptability, positive and creative ‘can do’ attitude with a strong work ethic.
    Location :
    Milan / smart working.
    Offer :
    Temporary staffing contract until June 30th 2023 with possible extension up to 18 months and open-ended contract with the agency.
