For our flagship store in Milan Montenapoleone we are looking for a Department manager.
The Department Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring a dedicated product category team in Etro Boutique to reach maximum sales performance through a customer-centric attitude. You will lead from the shop floor, providing coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a positive and professional team environment, through efficient communication
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
• Lead the execution of clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to reach clear goals and KPIs of product category assigned to your shop department
• Lead the Team, providing coaching, feedbacks and in-store onboarding for new members
• Ensure the achievement of the department goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies
