The position at a glance:
The Data Management Analyst will be included in the Chief Data Office Function, whose team is responsible for identifying and developing the tools and methodologies to extract value from company data, filling the data governance framework identified and coordinating Data Governance activities in the company, promoting at all levels of the company the value of the data and the importance of the quality and fruibility of the same.
Primary Responsibilities
The Data Management Analyst has the following responsabilities:
* analyzing current data warehousing processes for improvement to make procedures more efficient, or realize a different end target
* participates in all phases of data warehouse implementation
* collaborate with technology teams to integrate source systems with the data warehouse
* analyzing & developing processes and procedures for Data Management across company, or within the scope of a project
* proactively improving the quality of company reporting
* reviews processes and procedures for quality operations
* point of contact working with stakeholders to understand their systems, processes, and business needs
* work with subject matter experts, define business requirements, business rules, and produce documentation that is used by dwh developers
What we expect from you
Education: master's Degree in Information Technology, Maths, Statistics or Similar. Previous experience (1 year) in an equivalent role.
Behavioral skills: integrity, accuracy, self-confidence, ability to learn (curiosity), client focus, vision, decision-making skills, acting with perspective, team spirit, analytical mind set.
Technical skills: experience in data warehousing, reporting and analytics; an experience in insurance sector has to be considered as preferable. Knowledge of dwh architecture and data lineage; Data Governance knowledge is welcome. Office 365, Power BI, SQL, SAS, SAP Business Objects
Language skills: strong knowledge of the italian language;, fluent knowledge of english; ability to express in French is welcome.
Contract type and Remuneration
The offer will be a full time fixed term contract and the relative remuneration will be consistent with the National Insurance Contract.
