Context and purpose
Within the Sales Department of Armani/Casa, you will join the Customer Service Team which provides our clients with an efficient and taylor made service, promoting customer centricity. As we are an international company, you will work with different countries and markets having the opportunity to deepen your commercial skills and to use as many languages as you want, especially english.
You will support the team in all activities related to the management of customers’ orders.

Responsibilities
- Daily contact with direct customers and distributors providing them with efficient help in managing all phases of the order cycle
- Support in the preparation of commercial quotations and proposals to be sent to key clients
- Order entry into the company's system
- Liaison with the Credit and Logistics departments in order to be sure that payment terms are respected as well as shipping deadlines
- Interaction with production to check the status of orders and to prepare ad hoc quotations
Must have skills
- Degree in Languages or related field
- Fluent both in Italian and English
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Brief previous experience in similar roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial inclination
- Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, precision
- Knowledge of SAP
