Your role:
* You will be responsible to Install, Configure and Maintain Healthcare Diagnostic Equipment with particular reference to Radiology and Angiography, within the designated area
* You will have a Customers Face to Face relationship
* Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets
* Work with Project Management and Application Specialist in order to successfully implement complex solutions
* Work with local team to delight Customers
* Interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues
* Report in a timely manner all potential issue to the Dedicated Complaint Unit

* Comply with Health and safety, Environment and HR regulations
Your expertise:
* Degree in electronic engineering or high school diploma in electronic ;
* Digital Healthcare general knowledge;
* Fluent in english (written and verbally)
* Windows, Excel, Word knowledge;
* Resident in Tuscany area;
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed;
* Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives Communication skills - make complex issues easy to understand
