Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the menu and chef's instructions.• Be responsible for your own area of expertise.• Adapt work to fluctuations in guest volume, always ensuring high quality standards.• Optimize production processes, managing timing and quality of preparations.• Control the quality of raw materials, select food items, and manage inventory.• Ensure the equipment used is in good condition and clean.• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.• Comply with safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).• Maintain company standards.
Requirements
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or similar establishments.• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, raw materials, their processing, and preservation.• Precision, speed, and attention to detail.• Excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills.• Reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness.• Ability to work in a team.• Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.• Desire to work in a highly professional setting that aims to achieve the highest service standards.• Good appearance.• Knowledge of HACCP regulations and safety.• Willingness to relocate for the summer season.• Knowledge of English or another language in addition to Italian is a plus.
