POSITION : CSR Project Manager

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As CSR Project Manager and part of the Purchasing Department, you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing CSR programsas well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.

This experience will enable you to perform various functions, which involves auditing.

You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.

YOUR IMPACT

• Manage and plan social-environmental audit for suppliers and sub-contractors according to Celine policy
• Support external partner on supply chain social-environmental audit
• Coordinate the action plan to reach Life 360 program objectives in terms of traceability and certification on leather goods and accessories
• Define KPI and monitor supplier performance to Celine CSR expectations and recommend refinements and enhancements to monitoring processes
• Help to develop a responsible sourcing strategy, in partnership with buyers
• Support procurement team in conducting CSR projects with suppliers or identify and drive implementation of projects to improve supplier CSR performance
• Lead cross category CSR projects
• Research and development of circular economy activities, such as recycling, reuse
• Raise awareness on material sustainability among technical department and scout sustainable options (green materials) among suppliers to propose to product development and engineering
• Collect and validate data to support environmental and social reporting

Profile

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education :

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience :

• Position requires minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles or sustainable sourcing (preferably fashion/agro sectors) 
• Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
• Passion and curiosity in compliance and sustainability
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis
• Detail oriented, highly organized
• Advanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point) and at ease with the use of Internet tools.

Languages : Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
