The Knowledge Services (KS) business unit operates within Gas Technology Services (IET GTS). Incorporating the capabilities and portfolio of Customer Training, Digital Services, Advanced Engineering and Advisory Services.

With the new Outcome Based Service (OBS) commercial model. KS has the aim to create new value proposition solutions to our customers, using customized commercial models and reward schemes. The Project Manager reports into the KS Delivery Leader.
As a Lead Services Specialist - Services Project Management, you will be responsible for:
Driving all activities related to the supervision, organization, execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract cost and quality management.
Being responsible for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to project.
Planning and implement projects, managing the project scope of work and coordinating the assigned network of resources (including contractors).
Interacting with customers assuring project delivery. Handling correspondence, provide updates, scheduling, execution of projects, customer satisfaction and negotiate/coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Understanding customer needs and make sure these align with the project scope, therefore communicating accordingly to manage expectations.
Having the ability to manage invoicing/payment collection. Predict, deliver sales and contribution margin for projects. Manage costs supporting collection/handling.
Identifying opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements.
Supporting KS ITO during change orders negotiation with the customers.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master's in Economics or Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical advantageous) from an accredited foundation.
Be fluent in English both in written and verbal.
Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.
Have proven experience in Project Management in gas services. Be familiar with Project Management software to manage project gantt, project resources.
Be available to travel for customer’s meeting.
Have proven experience in Project Management in gas services demonstrating effective problem identification and solution skills.
Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
