Banca Generali is seeking a highly motivated and passionate intern to support the security team in the areas of Event Security, Corporate & Physical Security, and Travel Security. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, learn from industry best practices, and significantly contribute to the security of events and corporate activities.
Main Tasks:
* Risk and Threat Analysis: Collaborate with the team to conduct specific risk and threat analyses for events, corporate activities, and business travel
* Security Assessment: Assist in designing and implementing customized security plans for events, corporate meetings, and business travel
* Operational Intelligence: Participate in the acquisition, analysis, and interpretation of intelligence information to support the security of events and corporate activities
* Operational Coordination: Actively participate in operational coordination during events, ensuring adherence to established security protocols
* Training and Awareness: Contribute to employee training and awareness activities to promote a culture of security within the company
* Monitoring: Contribute to the continuous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through tools and operational procedures
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* University student or recent graduate in security-related disciplines or equivalent experience (eg Engineering, Economics)
* Basic knowledge and interest in event and corporate security practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Results-oriented with a strong attention to detail
* Willingness to work in dynamic and flexible environments
* Fluent in English
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office package. Knowledge of Power Apps is a plus
