• Manage and coordinate table service, ensuring a high-level experience.
• Collaborate with our kitchen team and sommelier to ensure synergy between food and wine.
• Thorough understanding of the menu and product offerings with the ability to recommend our culinary specialties to guests, providing detailed and personalized information.
• Handle any guest requests or inquiries courteously and promptly, ensuring all guest needs are met to the best of our abilities.
• Prepare mise en place for service, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready and available to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall well-being of the team and guests.
The position is available starting from June 2024 and includes the possibility of meals and accommodation provided for the selected candidate.
