Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Rang or in similar roles• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• In-depth knowledge of restaurant service practices, including wine management and plate presentation• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to challenging situations• Attention to detail and organizational skills for efficient table management
