Responsibilities
• Meet with clients and perform initial assessment of problematic situations• Collect information about client's business process, IT landscape, and data usage• Analyze and interpret process and data to identify weaknesses and problems• Formulate and document recommendations and configure Centric PLM• Present solution findings and suggestions to clients• Train customers on Centric PLM solution• Execute Centric PLM software implementation projects• Develop detailed implementation and communication plans• Assist client in implementing the plan and resolve discrepancies• Maintain quality standards and provide guidance and support
Requirements
• Degree holder in Computing or Business Systems• System modelling skills• Strong consulting background and customer-facing experience• 5+ years of experience• Domain knowledge in Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing, etc.• Experience with Agile deployment methodology• Understanding of infrastructure and cloud computing• Technical skills in SQL, XML, JavaScript/Typescript, REST API• Business process mapping and basic project management skills• Proficiency in MS Office, Confluence, and Jira
