BUSINESS ANALYST
La risorsa sar? inserita all'interno del team di Data Analytics e sar? accountable di contribuire a supportare il processo decisionale con:
* un regolare ed aggiornato flusso di dati e informazioni sulle dinamiche di mercato e di portafoglio trasversali alle aree terapeutiche;
* segnalazione e proposte su criticit? e opportunit? di mercato;
* analisi sul portafoglio (COMPANY NAME) e concorrenti, regolari ed on demand;
* alimentazione dei KPI commerciali e verifica dell'allineamento con gli obiettivi definiti;
* interpretazione dei bisogni degli interlocutori e sviluppo degli strumenti di monitoraggio
Sar? inoltre responsabile di:
* Fornire analisi integrate sui dati di mercato e dati interni, con la segnalazione di aree critiche o di opportunit? per la aree di competenza.
* Fornire analisi on demand per il Marketing e Top Management su tematiche cross area- terapeutica
* Gestione del reporting standard dei dati e dei KPI commerciali
* Ccoordinamento ed evoluzione del rapporto con gli Hub above Country per il reporting e l'analisi su dati audited
* Coordinamento, monitoraggio e indirizzo ai fornitori esterni di dati di mercato (IMS, CSD, eccetera)
* Coordinamento e indirizzo ai Commercial Partners su tematiche di reporting standard e monitor di area terapeutica

Requisiti essenziali:
Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze:
* Pregessa esperienza in ruoli analitici con elevata autonomia organizzativa
* Ovvero esperienza in posizione simile in altre aziende farmaceutiche o agenzie esterne di ricerca di mercato
* Conoscenze economico/statistiche e conoscenze informatiche su Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
* Buon livello scritto/parlato della lingua inglese
Requisiti preferibili:
Le seguenti caratteristiche saranno considerate un plus:
* Conoscenze di sistemi di Business Intelligence come elemento preferenziale (es.: Board, Business Objects, Oracle).
* Conoscenza approfondita delle fonti informative del farmaceutico
* Conoscenza dei processi commerciali del farmaceutico
