To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Planning & Business Reporting Analyst Intern to join the Planning & Business Reporting team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Our office in Bologna (preferably) or Milan , depending on candidate's preference
Team Size: 4 resources (approx.)
Reporting into: Planning and Business Reporting Manager
Contract Type: 6-months Internship
Start Date: July 2024 (ideally)
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
* Draft and review quantitative and qualitative analysis to support weekly, monthly and ad-hoc report;
* Improve management reporting and KPI's;
* Prepare periodic closures and related presentations with analysis of variations vs. budget/forecast or previous-years results;
* Support budget and actual process collaborating with different company functions;
The type of person we are looking for:
* University Degree in STEM or Business Economics;
* Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint);
* Analytical and quantitative skills to support data driven processes and decisions;
* Team-oriented with pro-active and determined attitude;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, as you will need to work cross-functional and cross-country with a number of stakeholders of very different seniority;
* Fluncy both in Italian and in English.
