Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

We are looking for Broadcast Services Manager.The Broadcast Services Manager has the key role to, in liaison with the Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) and in cooperation with other Milano Cortina 2026 departments, plan, organize and manage all required services for international and national broadcasters, so as to facilitate their onsite operations both during the planning phase and Games Time.
Broadcast Services Manager will be in charge of:
- Responsible for the coordination, detailed planning and implementation of all matters concerning Broadcast Services related to Milano Cortina 2026;
- Coordinate with relevant FAs on matters related to broadcast accreditation, accommodation and transport;
- Assist in and coordinate onsite the organization of events such as the World Broadcaster Meeting, in cooperation with OBS;
- Contribute to the preparation and writing of the Official Games Guides and Policies and Procedures;
- Liaise with domestic and international broadcast organizations with regards to their operations both during the planning phase and Games Time;
- Participate in the development and management of trainings, workshops and production of information for media-related workforce and volunteers;
- Prepare written reports to the Head of Broadcast Services (Games Time).
Descrizione del profilo ricercato
Requirements:- Comprehensive knowledge of international sports media landscape;
- Clear understanding of the needs of broadcasters and knowledge of their activities and work approach both before and during Games Time;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Pro-active approach and creative problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Driving license;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- Excellent language skills in English, knowledge of one or several other Olympic movement official languages is an advantage;
- IT experienced, knowledge of usual office software and Internet.
Descrizione dell'esperienza richiesta
- Experience in detailed planning, implementation and delivery of media operations at international sport events, preferably in previous Olympic Games;- Experience managing multiple stakeholders;
- Experience in project management including working with and coordinating suppliers;
- Experience in previous Olympic Organizing Committees or multi-sport events,big event organizations,TV companies, press agencies.
