Essential Responsibilities: * Coordination and support to Functions/Markets for Brand Promotion activities; * Support to the events (e.g.: customer events, plant visits, internal events…) for both set up and hospitality; * Support to fairs: IAA 2024, monitoring of local fairs, follow-up fairs guidelines; * Preparation of briefing and specific presentations for the brands, for tenders or for contracted suppliers; * Roll-out of activities; * New suppliers scouting and benchmark; * Analysis and measurement of the events and fairs results with CSI tools and rating of the suppliers
Requisiti del candidato:
Requirements: * Analytical & process oriented; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Able to build solid and efficient work relationships; * Result oriented, well-organized and accurate, proactive; * Problem solving attitude and approach; * Good knowledge of MS Office package, mainly Power Point and Excel; * Fluent English both written and spoken, other languages are a plus
