Brand Manager Respiratory
About the role
As Brand Manager in the Respiratory category, you will be responsible of the full management of brand strategy, in cooperation with the Commercial Teams, the Technical functions (Regulatory, Legal, Medical, Quality, Demand and Supply) and the Creative/Media agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Development and implementation of brand marketing strategy for Italy.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies.
* Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising and promotions initiatives.
* Definition of the activation plan across channels (including e-comm), tracking and monitoring of the activities, ROI evaluation.
* Sell-out/sell-in analysis and sales forecasting.
* Brand P&L management, including A&P budget management.
* Provide leadership and guidance to brand team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications And Skills
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Relevant previous experience in a similar role (3+ yrs), preferably in Consumer healthcare
* Management Degree (preferably Economics, Marketing Management)
* Proficient English
* Marketing mix pillars: extensive knowledge and passion of consumer market drivers, methods, levers to activate brand (including media)
* Structured ad data driven mindset with excellent analytical skills: ability to understand, elaborate data and follow up with actionable insights.
* P&L management
* Commercial acumen and "drive for results approach". Strong team player, proactive, positive and able in creating and managing collaborative relationships at all levels.
