We're seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship in Milan. As a Brand Manager Internship, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our experienced brand management team and gain hands-on experience in developing and executing brand strategies, creating engaging campaigns, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of brand strategies in collaboration with senior Brand Managers.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
* Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, print, and TV.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and effective advertising campaigns.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date on our brand, products, and target customers.
* Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
* Support cross-functional teams in product development and launch.
Your Profile
* Italian mother-tongue, fluent in English (both written and spoken)
* Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Creative and innovative thinker.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
