This an opportunity for a student or a new graduate, with a passion for marketing and high agility to manage different categories and category dynamics. You will be part of our Marketing team within Consumer Goods Business Unit, assisting our Brand Manager for our Nuvenia? brand.
Position will be based in Legnano, but please consider our offices are not reachable with public transport, own car is necessary. This is an internship placement opportunity for a duration of 6 months full- time, with a possibility of extension.
What you will do:
* Regular market trend analysis, consumer panel research, and brand tracking: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, engage in consumer panel research, and continuously monitor brand performance
* Active collaboration in creating and implementing digital communication across owned and paid channels: Proactively collaborate in developing and executing digital communication strategies on various owned and paid channels
* Collaborate with external agencies to define content and ensure website updates: Work closely with external agencies to establish content guidelines and oversee regular updates to the website, ensuring accuracy and relevance
* New packaging development and revamping existing packaging: Lead the development of new packaging concepts and drive initiatives to enhance and update existing packaging designs
* Management of external creative agencies: Oversee and coordinate activities with external creative agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and achieve desired outcomes
* Valassis follow-up and redemption analysis by activities: Monitor and analyze Valassis campaigns, tracking conversion rates for digital samples, print materials, and other promotional activities
* Contract and offer management: Verify compliance with (COMPANY NAME)'s standard contract terms, obtain necessary signatures, and maintain a comprehensive archive of contracts and offers
* Update visual assets, sales catalogs, and technical sheets in SharePoint for sales teams: Ensure timely updates of product images, sales catalogs, and technical specifications in SharePoint, providing sales teams with accurate and up-to-date resources
* Day-to-day operational tasks: Manage routine operational tasks associated with marketing and brand management, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness
Who you are
* Student or graduate student in marketing, business administration and management or a related field.
* Demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Italian.
