Associate Scientist (Formulation) - Maternity Replacement
Job Purpose
The Associate Scientist will conduct formulation laboratory activities under supervision:
* formulations preparation and characterization for stability studies, working under laboratory protocols and managing required documentation to track process and any issue.
* formulations preparation and characterization for development experiments, working under electronic notebook and managing required documentation to track process and any issue.
You will be responsible for:
* Understanding and following standard protocols and procedures.
* Collecting and generating data, ensuring high ethical standards, good scientific practices, and data integrity.
* Participating to discussions for the design of scientific experiments, giving your contribution.
* Possible writing of laboratory protocols and reports to support internal projects documentation.
* Preparing and presenting scientific data in internal meetings.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry/Biology/Chemistry.
* Good level of spoken and written English.
* Attitude to teamwork and proactiveness.
* Ability to understand and escalate quickly eventual issues to Lab Head.
* Clear and effective communication skills, exposure skill to present scientific data.
* Computer skills (especially Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of aseptic techniques, adjuvants, colorimetric assay for proteins quantifications, SDS page, Dynamic light Scattering technique, Static light scattering technique, Western blot and Dot blot
* Previous laboratory experience.
* Innovative thinking is a plus, be able to identify link between different components of a problem or situation related to own work.
