Associate Scientist in Molecular Dynamics and Machine Learning models applied to vaccine early development
We have an exciting opportunity open within our Italian Vaccine R&D team to work as an associate Scientist on a temporary, full-time basis. In this role, you will develop your scientific and digital knowledge, you will be part of a innovation driven group of people with the mission to innovate the Drug substance process and development.
This position is perfect for someone who wants to collaborate with scientific staff to implement, and interpret the data, using scientific data knowledge and experience to influence technical decisions.
A minimum technical knowledge on expression system and protein antigen is desired, a high agility and a high desire to learn new is expected.
Key Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to contribute to key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
* You will work on an innovative project to assess AI/ML and molecular dynamics applicability to DS projects and antigen screening;
* You will collaborate to AI/ML model expansion to be able to model the characteristics of interest;
* You will Collaborate with the Data Analytics group to improve your knowledge on modelling and assess improvement to available modeling approach;
* You will do Literature research for available database to be used as training material to expand the available dataset and evaluate comparability;
* You will Gather information on E.Coli expressed antigens not limited to Vaccines TRD DS project but within the (COMPANY NAME) biopharma network;
* You may be responsible for technical follow-up of external collaborations;
* You participate to the writing of scientific reports, prepares and presents scientific data, defend scientific and technical decisions at the appropriate technical board in collaboration with other experienced scientists of the team.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologies, chemical and biochemical engineering and similar.
* Experience in data analysis, statistics and modelling is needed.
* We accept young talented graduates with minimum experience in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in AI/ML modelling using Pyton or equivalent software is a plus
