Reporting to the Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) Finance Lead for Italy, Iberia, Israel & Greece and based in NGC Medical office in Turate (Como), the Associate Business Finance Analyst is actively contributing in supporting that agreed finance plans and objectives are implemented smoothly across IHS business. You will play as Assoc. Finance business partner supporting the IHS Finance and Accounting Team. Within this role, you will gain exposure dealing with various IHS teams as well as different Functional teams across (COMPANY NAME).
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties:
* Support financial planning and administration, forecasting and measurement, the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecast analysis preparation.
* Partner with the Business Development teams on AOP and Forecasting, including profitability deep dives, gap analyses and decision support to mitigate budget risks and enable business opportunities.
* Execute standard period and quarter end financial month close activities and support business reviews through standard and ad-hoc reporting & analyses.
* Develop and maintain strong relationship with functions across MDT (Controllership, Global Finance Operations, Centers of Excellence, etc…).
* Ad hoc analysis and projects: support evolving initiatives in alignment with IHS Finance priorities and to provide understanding of financial performance and build processes.
* Process Improvement: play a role in process improvement initiatives as determined by the team and business partners.
Must Haves
* Bachelor’s Degree with 6-12 months of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (0 years with an Advanced degree)
* Excel skills
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze processes and continuous improvements mindset
* High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Nice to Haves
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
* Master of Business Administration/ Certified Public Accountant (MBA/CPA)
* Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
* Analytics Data & Insights for Power BI Dashboard creation skills
* PowerPoint skills
* Willingness to work in a multinational environment
* Experience with business partnering
