Your future team

Join our motivated, high-performing and diverse team in our office in Florence. We live by the value "we win as a team" and enjoy working together to reach our ambitious goals, sharing our experiences to learn and grow. We also love to celebrate our successes together, either by cheering each other on in the office or by doing team events. This role is limited to 6 months and perfect if you are just starting your career or want to gain first experience in the Sales & Account Management field!

Your role in this journey

  • Support sales representatives in signing vacation rental owners to our platform, supporting them from qualification to closing, and ensuring that Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
  • Support Account Managers with new homeowners’ onboarding and with all of their post-booking related questions.
  • Focus on special campaigns launched by Holidu to increase our customer performance.
  • Grow to be the responsible person for all of our accounts outside of our focus regions.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Completed or soon-to-be finished degree in tourism, economics, business administration or any related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Available to work Full-Time.
  • Independent work attitude and great time management.
  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Native Italian and fluent English skills – both written and spoken.
  • Drivers license.
