A proven track record of success within the PPE industry is very advantageous. The successful applicant will be an ambitious Sales Representative looking to forge a career within an innovative global business.At Honeywell we want you to be courageous, think big, and be the best you can. TasksMain responsibilitiesManaging existing account base, ensuring excellent levels of service, and proposing new solutions to meet current and anticipated customer needsLeading sales growth in your defined territory directly to the end users and via Distributors. Problem-solving together with customers/engineers.Participating in office meetings for the planning of the application of our products.Participating in and carrying out customer-training courses and demonstrations on the Company's range of products.Participating in and conducting negotiations regarding the supply of the Company’s products and services & trading terms.Work in inputting all opportunities into Salesforce and keeping them updated on a daily basisRequirements QualificationsA high-performing Territory Sales/Field Sales/, ideally with experience in PPEExperience selling via channels, or directly to end users.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written in English and ItalianStrong commercial acumen with the ability to drive large deals through multiple decision-makersExperienced in developing, and taking care of large end users and distributionExperience in the challenging sales processSales experience with proven ability in delivering successful results.Demonstrated ability to build, negotiate, and close deals.The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements and work in high-pressure environmentsAutonomous, mature, and highly professional in dealing with individuals at different seniority levels.The ability to travel through the given region as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice.We offerWork for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growthA challenging international work environment.A competitive salary package with a variety of fringe benefits .If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.
