We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to work within our assessment specialist communications team.
The Assessment Specialist Communications team's main function is to support assessment specialists to complete their assessment tasks. This includes sending information updates, email alerts, and maintaining the Assessment Specialist Communications website. We also provide development opportunities for assessment specialists to progress to senior leadership tasks, as well as maintaining the Assessment Specialist Community – a social community for Assessment Specialists on Viva Engage.
About the role
Support with the effective delivery of the Assessment Specialist Development Programme and support the outputs of the Assessment Specialist Communications team.
- Promote the Assessment Specialist Development Programme to target Assessment Specialist cohorts.
- Recruit Assessment Specialist participants to development courses.
- Provide support to the Communications Officer in the recruitment, delivery, and review of individual course presentations.
- Format, edit and upload online course content.
- Support the development of additional courses to be offered.
- Issuing email alerts and update messages
- Responding to incoming messages to the Assessor Communications external mailbox.
- Posting documents and updating page content on the Assessment Specialist Communications website.
- Creating messaging send lists.
About you
While being flexible and adaptable, you will have a good knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel and Word. You will have a proven track record of good customer service and be confident when speaking to members of the public via a number of mediums.
You will be able to work effectively and inclusively with a range of people, both within and outside the business, and willing and able to make decisions within a clearly defined area and happy to take responsibility for them and ensure that your work is always accurate and efficient.
