MISSION
The scope of the Accountant Assistant is to ensure timely recording and reconciliation of bank accounts. Provide adequate support to points of sale in the context of cash management and billing.
In order to achieve these requirements, the mission is being compliant with the deadlines defined by the company and LVMH policies.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Issue invoices related to retail and e-commerce B2B sales
- Monthly sales declaration to ISTAT and to Landlords
- Bank commission booking
- Reconciliation between Stores Sales and related payments
- Support of the cash subsidy at the points of sale
- Manage requests to banks for coins to deliver to stores
- Daily support to problems and requests for clarifications from the points of sale on collections (cash, credit cards, gift cards, vouchers), on sales (credit notes, tax free, invoices), day tax closures
- Vendor master data management
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent relationship abilities both for internal and external stakeholders
- Resilience to working in a highly dynamic environment
- Accuracy in the execution and planning of activities
- Fluent in English conversations; French is a plus
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing related topics
