Location: Italy or other European country (remote)

We are helping medical doctors on their day-to-day, by creating a new digital ecosystem where they can easily access the most useful professional resources. By wasting less time searching for the content and tools they need, they have more time for what really matters: patients.

What do we expect?

You like challenges and having a direct impact on the success of an organisation. You embrace uncertainty, risk and flexibility needed to work in a scale-up. You welcome the responsibility of generating revenue and developing further our business and partnerships through sales efforts. You will create and identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and close business deals while maintaining knowledge of current market conditions. Specifically, you will develop business in marketing, content and data for the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Design the best solution for each client
  • Acquire marketing, digital, product, medical affairs and data clients in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Acquire new partners to help distribute our offer
  • Maintain accurate information in our CRM
  • Track daily activities and next steps to ensure timely follow-ups

Who you are

You have:

  • A pharmaceutical sciences, nursing, medical, biology or biomedical engineering degree
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales or business development
  • Previous experience with the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; native Italian speaker and proficient professional skills in English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills
  • Good skills in compiling and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detail
  • Thrive on sales targets and constantly seek new ways to go the extra mile where needed
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, ready to learn and grow every day
  • Self-driven and adaptable mindset, and can work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency
  • Team player spirit – you go out of your way to help your colleagues succeed
