Position Summary
Job purpose:
Support in managing the warranty processes of the Aircon product portfolio, providing Administrative Support to Sales and Service network.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting in the following activities:
* Technical return management;
* Concealed damage and missing accessories management follow up, issue management and training;
* OEM procedure management in cooperation with Pre-Sales, Service & Academy Team;
* GPPM procedures management;
* Internal audit management;
* Service Centers list and map management;
* DURC management;
* F-GAS checking and training;
Back up of the coverage tool for the Service network coverage
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or Degree with Administrative or Economic profile
Good knowledge of English
Good knowledge of Windows Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
Good in problem solving and team working
Attitude to work by objective
