What you’ll do

 

As an Administrative Project Support intern, you will play a vital role in supporting two major projects within our organization: the "Formazione Finanziata" project and the "SAPeople" project. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the organization and creation of learning projects for the country under the Formazione Finanziata initiative. Additionally, you will provide support for the SAPeople project, focusing on key areas including people, environment, and social aspects.

 

In particular for the Formazione Finanziata project, tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, including training materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, and participant communication.
  • Manage project-related correspondence, including email communication and maintaining project files.
  • Provide logistical support for project activities, such as arranging travel accommodations and coordinating catering services.
  • Assist in maintaining project budgets and tracking expenses, including processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.

 

For the SAPeople Project, tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Support the administrative needs of the SAPeople project, including documentation, meeting coordination, and correspondence management.
  • Assist in organizing community engagement events and activities, including logistics planning and participant registration.
  • Maintain project documentation and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
  • Provide general administrative support to project team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Supports with special agreements with third parties (shops, discounts, voucher)

 

What you bring

 

  • Active student or recent graduate, not more than 1-month post-graduation in Business Administration, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a project or team-based environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse team members.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English languages.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

 

Contract information:

 

  • Full-time Internship (100%) with the possibility of renewal.
  • Location: Vimercate – required to be in office 3 days per week
