Position Summary
Support local and global systems processes improvement to be implemented, in order to maximize Operation Centre Management.
Role and Responsibilities
Supporting PI Coordinator, you will actively promote and sustain the innovative approach doing the best with the following activities:
* Prepare documentation: new project, process improvement and system automation
* Identify and monitor KPI
* Share performance with internal and external stakeholders
* Software fixing support, monitoring and solving bugs or issues for end month operation & sales maximization
* Data and process analysis
* Performing Weekly/Monthly reports.
Skills and Qualifications
* Educational Background: Master/Bachelor with a focus in Management Engineering/Economics/Statistics.
* Computer Knowledge: Very good with Excel and the most common statistical and analytical tools.
* Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English
* Others: Analytical mindset, Problem solving, Team working.
