Job Description
As facility managemnt:
* The Facilities Manager for the (COMPANY NAME) Milan offices ensures that, at all times, (COMPANY NAME) demonstrates best practice in Facilities Management and is compliant with Head Office policies for Procurement, Health & Safety and Fire Safety local regulations.
* Management of KYS Process
as workplace management
* Ensuring Workplace services are appropriate for (COMPANY NAME)' business needs by regularly consulting and communicating with stakeholders and staff.
* Providing a professionally-run Helpdesk service, which effectively monitors and measures performance. Coordination of the work of the external providers that intervene in premiseas
as procurement management
* Building excellent working partnerships with suppliers and contractors, looking for opportunities for service improvements and value-adds.
* Ensuring contractual agreements are regularly reviewed and monitored, agreeing amendments and/or putting in place corrective action plans as necessary on the Procurement perimeter.
* Attending regular performance reviews and meetings with providers.
* Comply with BPCE and HO Procedures to maintain relationships with vetted vendors and ESR compliant
* Developing an Environmental policy which meets current and impending regulations and reduces the Company's carbon footprint in line with the Company Sustainability and the Corporate Social Responsibility policies.
* Entry point for the On Boarding Process and Review of external vendors
as Building Maintenance
* Ensuring (COMPANY NAME)' offices are subject to optimum planned maintenance programs to ensure statutory compliance, management of external stakeholders involved in building/facilities activities such as cleaning, reception, event planning, security, catering, space utilization, office supply and office equipment.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Experience in similar function, negotiating skills, financial acumen in order to effectively control and follow up budgets Ability to speak English (mandatory) and Italian mandatory
